As you may already know Anthony Kiedis sustained multiple foot injuries that needed surgery and as result some changes have been made to The Red Hot Chilli Peppers Tour schedule for the U.S. The tour will now kick off on March 29th in St. Petersburg, FL, and crisscross the continent throughout 2012.
