Mid 2012 looks to be a very exciting time for Singer/Songwriter Wendy Matthews. It marks the beginning of a new era, with a brilliant original album “The Welcome Fire” the first in ten years due for release in September 2012. This album is particularly special as Wendy has written or co-written (Megan Washington & Josh Pyke) every track on the album. It will be by far her most personable collection of songs to date. In June three shows in Melbourne will feature a few of these wonderful enigmatic new tracks.
